Naajia Bacchus joined Eagle Capital Management in 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. She brings over seven years of experience in executive support and office management, having worked with prestigious firms including Rothschild & Co, Apollo Global Management, and Echo Street Capital. Naajia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Morgan State University. Additionally, Naajia spent three years successfully running her own business, providing aesthetic treatments to a diverse clientele. Her combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience allows her to bring a unique blend of professionalism, adaptability, and initiative to her role at Eagle Capital Management.
