Ellen Chang

Ellen is a Data Scientist at Eagle, where she leads and develops innovative data-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Eagle, she was a key member of the data engineering team at IEX, a U.S. equities exchange, specializing in high-frequency data processing. Ellen holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Washington.
